Well here I am in the Pacific Northwest (Washington) and im remembering all the great event's from my home of socal and I kinda miss the good shows and good times. Then I started looking for shows and bike events for up here and I did find some but mostly in the spring time wich is odd because I see people riding all the time beit rain ,sleet snow or shine so I have ben thinking about putting together a winter bike show and also versus bike nights so I have a few things in mind so when there done ill let you know. One good thing about not so many shows is there is plenty of time to get my projects done and ready for the spring and also get some new parts in order. And I'm looking at a new build of some sorts hummmm what should it be.
I'm looking for some feed back on both some winter show ideas aswell as a new project to bring out in the spring
Aswell I'm always looking for new parts ideas so let me know what you have in mind I'm open for what ever you have
And even on my older posts tell me what you think

the design of a springer frontend
Well I have benn kicking around ideas on what to do on the front of the 87 shadow junkyard save and I have had some good ideas such as putting a Honda 250 rebel frontend on her it would look good and definitely slam the front down enough butt I dont know. Then I though well ill just use the front forks off -a old dirt bike I mean parts bikes are all over the place everyone has one laying around. Humm or I could just use the stock front end and just shave off all the extra mounts Polish it rebuild the seals and there I would have a stock frontend so there is my three options humm what to do?? Well I checked Around for parts bikes both rebel 250 and old Honda dirt bikes and I found a hole bunch of great stuff man I tell ya butt of course spending the cash on a parts bike was well not ok with me yet. So I checked out how much to rebuild the stock shadow forks then weight out the time I would have in machineing and polishing well it just didn't seam write because for them prices I could buy the material to build a Springer! So here we go I'm gona do it I have ben drawing and design a new mayhem Springer front end and I Cant wate to actually start fabricating this beauty and yes I'm building two of them so I can put it out on the market. I tell ya I have benn trying for a wile now to find the write time and bike to do this and the time is now and the bike is the 1987 Honda shadow junkyard save! O but dont worry the second one wont be for a shadow I'm leaving that part open still so if anyone wants one let me know what u got. Well I'm still a few weeks out but ill have some sneak peaks very soon

****1987 Honda shadow 700 chopper junkyard save****
I found this 1987 Honda shadow threw a friend that owned a little motorcycle repair shop in socal. It had benn down preaty hard and at first I had thought. It would be a quick and simple short chop with alittle straighting here and there
.Well once I started to get in to it well all I had left was a head tube and the lower shaft drive stock mount. Well hell I sed I ges I'm building a frame and it started there .Before to long I had a full custom shadow chopper frame. I moved the head tube 4" out and 3" up wich made her a low bitch .and wen it came to mounting the shaft drive mid section it took some fancy tube and plating. With the big 700 v-twin Honda motor the carbs are side by each write on top so I made the main tube radius and fit it as close as I could to the carbs wile still beaing able to take them off without pulling the motor. After adding various gussets and tubes to up hold the integrity of the frame I started with the custom forward controls such as a custom foot break and shifter also custom foot pegs. Then by skinning down the wiring I built a ignition box to hide all the relays and ignitors .then moved to the back and found a old front fender I had and chopped it up and worked it on the pleneshing hammer to make it fit then tabbed up a sissy bar with bullet mounts to the frame. After all that I custom built a seat I call "the nut pad" and had it wrapped. I still have more to do yet I'm trying to decid if I'm gona build a Springer front end I dont know hummm probably!!!!

1979 Yamaha redo
I got this bike a few years back from some Guy in long beach CA I had it two days and did a short chop on and lowered it 3" and fabed up a new seat I used the old rear fender and mounted it up short. I took a drive down to the local auto parts store and got a set of the smallest red trailer lights and mounted them on the rear fender also at the parts I picked up a license plate light and fabed up a crafty plate mount that I mounted to the swing arm. On the front I yarded off the spedo and Rachel and softened up the damping and and dropped the fork tubes 2" and took off the front fender. And with a can of black spray paint as one of my friends called it THE L-BOBBRINO was born!! And I rode the crap out of it.
Well not to long ago I decided it was time to make it better and here we are today almost done
